How soon do I get the downloads?
An email with download links is sent to you. They are usually delivered within 5 minutes.
If you don't receive anything within 15 minutes, check your spam folder. If there's nothing there, contact us.
How soon do I get a license code?
For customers, a custom-generated license key is sent within 2 business days (we're usually within 1).
For trials, the requesting party will need to speak to an account manager to understand your current situation and determine if Capvidia is the correct fit for you.
My renewal & maintenance have expired. What should I do?
Contact us and a Capvidia representative will email you within 2 business days.
Do you give a trial license?
Yes, for qualified parties after a brief demo with a Capvidia representative, a trial license can be given.
