Your Outsourcing Need is our Challenge

To meet the growing market demands for software outsourcing we at Capvidia have combined our best project management expertise with extended development resources into high-end outsourcing/in-sourcing(*) services operation. From now on we build up and supervise dedicated outsourcing teams for almost all of your IT related needs (web, client-server, ecommerce, desktop, mobile, VoIP, ERP/CRM, networks, embedded systems, smart home, etc).

We propose our well proven in/out-sourcing model for software development services. The in/out-sourcing model gives the best quality/price ratio in realization of complex and long term software development projects. We place a software resource (project leader, senior developer) at your site and let him together with your development team work-out the scope of the project, define programming environment, agree on reporting scheme and other practical details necessary to start the project. This person becomes a liaison and manager of a programmer’s team located in one of our office in Russia (Moscow or Nizhny Novgorod or Novosibirsk).

All-in-One Local Management

In Capvidia offices located close to our customers in Europe, USA and Japan we have all key people to effectively manage your development projects. These are multi-year-experienced Team Leaders, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Account Managers and others that helped Capvidia to gain its leadership. Now our experience and project management standards (IPM, USA) are applied to relieve you from the project management overhead.

Through in face meetings we ensure the smooth transfer of requirements, specific knowledge, and corporate culture difficult to transfer via phone or e-mail. We manage and control all essentials influencing the project success.

Unlimited Development Network

At this moment we operate with 3 software development centers in Russia. For complex projects with scientific content we engage specialists from academic and scientific institutes as Russian Academy of Sciences and leading Universities in Moscow, Novosibirsk and Nizhniy Novgorod. The total development capacity at this moment is over 80 highly skilled, experienced and specialized programmers in:

  • Java/J2EE/Oracle  -  15 developers
  • PHP/MySQL – 5 developers
  • ASP.NET, C# - 15 developers
  • C/C++ - 20 developers
  • J2ME, Symbian – 4 developers
  • Visual Basic -10 developers
  • Delphi – 5 developers
  • ColdFusion – 3 developers
  • VoIP – 4 developers

Control over Costs

Respecting your budget we will find the fittest outsourcing solution. Our business model implies tangible cost saving. Our rates start from €24 per hour including overheads and project management. For longer outsourcing projects we apply a flat monthly fee for your own exclusive remote team operating as it would be your own local branch office. Our detailed project planning and control will keep the project on time and within the budget.

On Demand We Work On-site

In projects requiring physical presents of our programmers at your location we bring developers to work in your offices (3-6 months contract). The moveable teams provide the most productive working environment in complex projects demanding intensive interaction or requiring special security impossible to create in a remote location.

Development Team

By tapping the intellectual capital of Russia's scientific elite and applying their knowledge to software development we can provide you with innovative software solutions while maintaining reasonable costs. Our programming team is rigorously trained in mathematical theory and physics.

We focus on Microsoft Windows and Intel standards. Our team possesses all levels of programming skills ranging from object oriented C++/C#/Java to driver development and assembler programming. In projects demanding a particular expertise our teams can be extended to include external specialists from collaborating scientific and research institutes.

Our developers use standard software libraries, which shorten development time and result in structured software. This translates into easier maintenance and lower maintenance costs. In addition, the software can be easily supported and modified by the company that commissions the project.

How to work with us

We are interested in scientific intesive software development projects ranging from 3+ man-months. During a first meeting, we define the project scope and map your requirements to our capability and resources.

We prefer the first project to be relatively small, well defined, and self-contained. It will be easier to establish the project management guidelines, communication channels, and credibility in delivery timeliness and completeness. A funded feasibility study will be offered for medium to large size projects.

The feasibility study is offered at fixed price. It will contain a detailed project description, workload estimation, project time-lines, milestone/phases, definition of software testing procedures, and deliverables.

Our project management is governed by the IPM (International Project Management, USA) standards. We keep your project on track by dividing it into phases with pre-defined deliverables and milestones. Depending on the project character and agreements we deliver alfa-, beta- software versions, finished software products, software components, libraries or fully documented source code.
